APASHION FREE DELIVERY – Terms & Conditions
All of our Apashion customers shall receive free delivery if your order includes at least $100 of eligible items.
This Free Delivery shall apply on orders delivered to all Australian metro and urban areas shall apply if you spend $100 or more in one transaction on our products and services at www.apashion.com.au and your order is delivered to any street address in those areas.
Certain exclusions may apply - see the terms and conditions below.
Any item that is sold on our platform and that is fulfilled by apashion.com.au or sold on by a third-party seller and fulfilled by www.apashion.com.au that has a ‘FREE DELIVERY’ eligibility status messaging on the product detail page shall be eligible, included and contribute to the customers free delivery order minimum of at least $100.
If a customer should cancel items, combine orders or change their delivery address, delivery times or preferences, this may affect their order's eligibility for free delivery status.
If a customer’s order doesn't qualify for free delivery, the reasons may include, but not limited to:
Their order may contain ineligible items, such as items sold and fulfilled by third-party sellers; bulky goods or special products and offers.
An eligible item on the Apashion.com.au platform may have been cancelled or discontinued, resulting in the customer’s order total falling below the $100 total.
Delivery costs for any excluded items will be automatically calculated when they are placed in your shopping cart. This is subject to change without notice Apashion reserves the right to adjust or retract this offer at its sole discretion.
Any orders that include multiple large products, which make the delivery package over 1m (width, height or length) or over 30kgs in weight.
This may include, for example, multiple boxes of soft products, quilts, pillows or storage containers for other products that exceed these dimensions and/or weights and shall no longer qualify for Apashion Free Delivery.
Apashion reserves the right to change the conditions of, or discontinue Free Delivery at any time, for any reason, for any orders placed after such changes are published on www.apashion.com.au
APASHION WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Our customers on www.apashion.com.au will have the option to send any of their purchases made on our platform to any worldwide destination, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Every item of the Apashion customer’s order on the www.apashion.com.au platform, where said item or items is for shipment to locations outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees).
The recipient of the shipment as entered on the customer order on the Apashion website shall be the importer of record in whichever destination country is recorded and is subsequently responsible for all Import Fees.
For each item on the customer order for which Import Fees have been calculated, the customer authorizes Apashion to designate a carrier (Designated Carrier) to act as the direct/indirect representative or agent with the relevant customs/tax authorities in the designated country, and to clear the merchandise, process and remit the customer’s actual Import Fees for such item.
An Import Fees Deposit represents an estimation of Import Fees levied on the items in your order for shipment to countries outside of Australia.
The customer, by placing their order, agree to allow Apashion to collect any Import Fees Deposit for the applicable items in such an order. This deposit will then be used, on the customer’s behalf, to reimburse the Designated Carrier for import fees paid on the customer’s behalf to appropriate authorities in the destination country.
The customer shall further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to Apashion any Import Fees levied on the item they have purchased from www.apashion.com.au – and any if import fee deposit exceeds the actual Import Fees, Apashion will refund the difference to the customer.
For any gifts or purchases of Apashion products or services, made on behalf of another recipient, the customer shall agree to grant the above authorizations on behalf of the international recipient designated in their order.
All details regarding Import Fees, documentation or receipts in connection with international customs clearance, may be obtained by the customer by contacting the Designated Carrier specified in their shipment confirmation.
The Apashion Worldwide Shipping terms and conditions will be in addition to standard conditions of use on the www.apashion.com.au website.
Please note the following for all products and services purchased on the Apashion website that are shipped internationally:
The manufacturer’s warranty may not be valid, their service options, product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be available in destination country languages and the products may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements.
Additionally, electronic products and services may not conform to an international destination country’s voltage and other electrical standards - requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate.
The Apashion customer shall be responsible for ensuring that any product or service they purchase on www.apashion.com.au can be lawfully imported to their designated destination country. When ordering from the Apashion platform, the recipient shall be the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
All Apashion customers who choose to ship products to international destinations must be aware that cross-border shipments can be and are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities of such countries.
As such, Apashion may be required to provide order, shipment, and product information, as necessary to any international carrier used, who may then communicate such information to all and any customs and/or postal authorities who require it.
In order to facilitate prompt customs clearance and comply with local laws, if a customer order is a gift and the package is marked ‘Gift’, the cost of the item shall be stated on the customs form if such Customs authorities require said value to be stated.
APASHION 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
At Apashion, our customer may return most of their items purchased on www.apashion.com.au within 30 days of receipt of delivery for any product or service that fails to comply with or meet up to customer expectation or requirement. This change of mind return policy is in addition to and shall not affect any of the customer’s rights under Australian Consumer Law including rights in respect of faulty items.
All suppliers, vendors and manufacturers and third parties on www.apashion.com.au shall be required to offer returns on an equivalent basis in accordance with their own policies.
The customer may return most new, unopened items purchased on www.apashion.com.au within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a replacement or full Apashion credit they paid for the item if they change their mind. Unless otherwise stated, all original shipping fees for change of mind returns are non-refundable and any additional return courier costs may be deducted from the refund credit amount.
Some of the products and services on the Apashion platform may have different policies or requirements associated with them for change of mind returns. The customer will see specific returns information for each item they purchase in their checkout order.
Apashion will also indicate at time of order selection which items the customer has selected that are non-returnable.
Returned Apashion items can take 5-7 days to reach us once the customer has shipped them. The amount will be credited to the customer’s Apashion Account in Australian Dollars and shall be according to conversion rates at the time the refund was issued for any international orders.
Unless otherwise stated by Apashion, the following conditions apply:
All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items.
Where applicable, the packaging must be unopened, and all seals must remain intact.
Items must be in new, unused and unworn condition and any items that, due to customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return and no credit refund shall be granted.
Any item(s) that have been resized damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return and Apashion will not be required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with our Returns Policy.
